IT MANAGER M/F

You assume overall responsibility for the design, implementation, management and improvement of an efficient, modern and stable IT network and systems to ensure continuous and effective sustainment of production, production support and administrative activities plants and headquarter. You are responsible to provide direction and support for strategic initiatives  facilities that involve IT technology Collaborates with the General Manager and several process owners on the strategic planning of computer networks and systems. Implement an efficient IT Helpdesk.

Pro-actively manage support contracts and service level agreements for IT, network infrastructure, telecommunications and printing to ensure effective and efficient performance and deployment of appropriate support services. You ensure the safe and reliable operation of the computer network and systems infrastructure so that the integrity and security of the network and systems are maintained at all times, including ensuring that a comprehensive disaster recovery program is in place, as well as a robust backup regime and protection against intrusions and viruses.

In collaboration with the General Manager and Financial Manager, contribute to the IT budget planning process to ensure the most effective and efficient use of available funds. You Establish and maintain good relationships with local technology vendors and other third parties and ensure  interests are best served by procuring the most appropriate software and hardware at the best price.

Computer science, Network/Telecom Engineer or similar high school graduation. You have 5+ years of experience in network and computer systems management. Fluent in Arabic, French and English and possess effective written and oral communication skills.

Excellent understanding and practice of IT architecture, networking, virtualization, storage, IT security and operating system concepts. Experience with the full range of infrastructure and system software/processes including: Network connectivity covering VLAN management, routing, switching, wireless and multi-site networks. Windows AD including schema management, group policies and scripting,VMWare virtualization. Security and configuration of Firewall (CISCO), DMZ, VPN and threat management. Internet connectivity and domain name maintenance.
