ARPUPLUS is recruiting a Seniors Marketing Operations Specialists:

You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing integrated strategies, supporting other team members to achieve company goals, and tracking data and program reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates in creating and developing the regional marketing and content strategy to align with the organizational goals
  • Collaborates with and supports internal teams (Marketing, Product, Content) across offices to design and implement differentiated processes
  • Works to increase the value of the business regionally
  • Analyzes how information is recorded and reengineers processes to improve efficiency
  • Audits all related legal documents that can impact the region’s related matters.
  • Promotes a smooth delivery system for products and services going to clients and providers
  • Oversees quality control
  • Supervises production
  • Ensures that corporate accounting and legal policies and procedures are kept
  • Assists with all reporting procedures and takes corrective actions upon them

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent computer skills

  • Good organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Should possess superior interpersonal skills
  • Knowledgeable of general office procedures processes
  • Expert attention to detail, objective problem-solving attitude, and a hunger to learn
  • Ability to turn reporting assets into insights and find, communicate actionable insights driven
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must
  • Project Management Skills
  • Highly motivated to work in a fast-paced environment

 

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business management or marketing
  • Experience in the Media field and Content management
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic language
  • 2-3 years of experience working in operations department
