Recruitment:

  • Prepare job descriptions

  • Do a first selection on candidates based on their cv

  • Do a second selection based on an interview

Onboarding:

  • Prepare the process of Onboarding

  • Fill out and setup the documents necessary for the Onboarding

  • Welcome employees 

Payroll:

  • Prepare the payroll

  • Check that the payroll is in line with the needs of the organization 

HR software administration: 

  • Update and maintain the organization Software BambooHR

  • Others could possibly be linked to the position according to the needs of the team.

Qualifications

  • You are at least a post graduated (Bac+3) in HR

  • Comfortable with French and English languages

  • Experience: beginner (0-1 years)

  • Very well organized

  • Efficient

  • Proactive

  • Sense of confidentiality
