## Description

Missions

  * Administer the ERP Dynamics and the referencing of key data (users, access rights, articles, prices, etc.)

  * Manage work in batches (periodic clean-up of data, periodic transformation of data, analytical accounting, etc.)

  * Assist users (first one to process users requests)

  * Collect and process users and management needs

  * Coordinate work with the different technological partners

  * Ensure compliance with management procedures

  * Suggest improvements

  * Manage upgrade projects

Qualifications

  * You are at least a post graduated (Bac+3) in Administrative Data Processing (Informatique de Gestion)

  * Experience: intermediate (1-3 years) in a similar position

  * Good knowledge of computer tools

  * Good knowledge of management processes (accounting and financial concepts)

  * English communication skills (written and spoken), next to local language skills.

  * Strong ability to be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks 

  * Ability to perform all tasks in a confidential manner
