We are currently looking for a person for the position

Main responsibilities : 

1. Develop and Implement Incoming Quality Control (IQC) procedures and standards
2. Train IQC technicians and sorting operators and follow-up of Incoming Quality Control procedure and standards
3. Manage and archive all documents related to the Incoming Quality Control activities
4. Manage all supplier complaints, ensure effective containment measures and monitor the corrective action plans using the 8-D methodology
5. Manage raw material sorting and ensure that production is not delayed due to raw material issues
6. Evaluate the cost of non-conformities for re-invoicing to suppliers
7. Ensure that all tooling and equipment used for Incoming Quality Control are calibrated and maintained
8. Audit, qualify and support the development of raw material suppliers
9. Consolidate and follow-up Incoming Quality Control dashboard and activity reports
10. Define the training needs of Incoming Quality Control team members and assess periodically their competencies

Requirements and skills : 

1. Fluent/clear English communication skill, can work with international team directly
2. Engineer background with good ability to read specification, drawings, schematics
3. Incoming Quality Control experience of at least 3 years (automotive is preferred)
4. Knowledge/experience in metrology (measuring equipment, calibration,…)
5. Mastery of quality tools, 8D, PDCA, ISHIKAWA, 5WHY, SPC, PPAP…
6. A team player with high level of social skills
