In relation to its business needs in Tunisia, the company is looking for the following profile:
SMT Quality Technician
Main Missions :
- Responsible for compliance checks and related tests (visual, electrical) on materials and finished products to ensure compliance with electronics standards and company standards.
- Checks and tests the products during the three stages of production (before, during the process and final) to ensure compliance with quality levels.
- Inspecting output samples using the guidelines and procedure defined by the Headquarter, by mean of dedicated tools and test equipments.
- Checking that the production line adheres to internal procedures by carrying on in-process inspections.
- Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes and inputting data into quality database
- Proposing improvements to the production process
- Updating job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities and regular training, including training sessions at the Headquarter.
Profil
- visual inspection skills, written and verbal communication skills (Office use), active listening, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
- Fair knowledge of electronic components and products, knowledge of SMT assembly process.
- Experience with microscope, micrometres and other quality laboratory tools.
