Main Job Description of Purchasing Manager:

·  Manage a commercial team

·  Lead, coach and animate a B2B Team

·  Coordinate, guide and accompany your team daily towards qualitative and performance objectives

·  Assist your team members to develop their skills on an individual basis

·  Keep control of the team activity and update the information system

·  Ensure the implementation of the prospecting procedures by the team members

·  Manage the team portfolio

·  Ensure the individual performance targets are reached

Requirements:

·  Bachelor (in management, international trade or commerce)

·  Perfect command of the English language

·  At least 4 years of experience in team management

·  Dynamism, curiosity and resourcefulness

·  Ability to lead and persuade

·  Analytical mind

·  Communication and organizational skills

·  Computer skills (Microsoft Office, EXCEL, KPI system)
