Multinational company operating in the automotive field located in Kalaa Kebira (Sousse region) is looking for an assistant of Managing Director
Main tasks:
• Manage scheduling for company executive(s)
• Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)
• Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
• Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
• Organize and manage calendar, prioritize emails and respond when necessary
• Coordinate travel arrangements
• Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)
Selection criteria:
• To be considered for this opportunity, it is essential that applicants meet the following criteria and the skills described above:
• Relevant tertiary education or undergraduate/post graduate qualifications in administration
• High level office computing skills including MS Office applications
• High level written, communication, documentation and filing skills
• Unrestricted motor vehicle licence is preferable
• Relevant and current experience in a similar or relevant role preferably with some exposure to a production environment
Specifications:A background or experience in finance is highly desirable.
• English proficiency Arab mother tongue
• Professional discretion
• Great written and verbal skills
• Time management skills
• Ability to multitask and priorities tasks
• Well-developed organisational skills
