A - Main responsibilities:
Assists the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks:
· Analyses and summarizes reports, proposes to the CEO about decisions related to the business index and Marketing campaign.
· Follows the weekly tasks of nationwide sales departments, compiles reports on the actual execution and any adjustment plans to achieve the business’s weekly goals.
· Develops tools and methods for assessing business efficiency and evaluating Marketing performance.
· Coordinating all departments; demonstrating leadership to underpin sales operation.
· Daily tracking market inside and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
· Proactively supports sales block to execute successfully. Prepare and foresee incoming issues and concerns addressed.
· Together with CEO, liaise directly with partners, clients and others. Jots down and be concerned of work tasks.
· Compiles presentations and required documents for meetings.
· Records minutes in meetings with Sales and Marketing Departments.
B - Requirements:
· Degree in Administration, Laws, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Foreign Language or related fields.
· Minimum 01-year experience of working as assistant or secretary or working at managerial level in sales/ marketing/ negotiation.
· Proficiency in office software, experience in using administration packages/tools.
· Excellent English and French skills: Listening, speaking, Reading and Writing
· Negotiation skills
· Being well-organized and well-prepared.
· Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
· Being highly responsible.
· Being willing for business trips and late working.
· Having working experience in global companies is a plus.
· Passionate about Business and Marketing
