Functional Software Tester

Planification and Execution:

o Creating test strategies and plans for Electronic Control Units (ECUs)
o Creating test specifications based on requirements and implementation in automation scripts
o Planning, execution and control of test specifications
o Integration and validation of ECUs
o Selection of suitable test methods, tools and test specifications (from implementation to approval process)
Documentation:
o Analysis and documentation of the test results
o Communication of the test results
Support:
o Coordination of interfaces and system suppliers
o Contribution in the optimization of the defined setting processes (Vorgabeprozesse) and the real-time Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL-) systems
o Training of new colleagues at TEF-TU
o Startup, validation and upgrade of testing equipments (HILs…) in cooperation with responsible colleagues at TEF Teams
o Purchasing of needed equipment, components…needed for SW Testing activities

Exigences de l'emploi :Technical knowledge:
• University degree in electronic or information engineering
• Basic knowledge in ECUs and bus systems in automotive
