• Advice on development and production planning for production-oriented product design
• Develop an overall concept for the solution of product-related problems using Marquardt-standards.
• Create and present machine concepts and drafts
• Discuss and select solutions together with the specialist departments of the equipment construction department
• Investigating dimensioning, evaluating results and adapting constructive solutions to them
• Examination of the drafts for feasibility
• Design of equipment or units of equipment taking into account the requirements in the specifications and applying standards
• Detailing and preparation of design drawings
• Create parts lists
• Identify spare and wear parts and declare them accordingly in the bill of materials.
• Select pneumatic components and create pneumatic plans
• Perform risk assessments and risk analysis
• create flowcharts
• Project documentation based on predefined processes

• Mechanical Engineering Diploma
• Good Knowledge on one of CAD software such as Unigrafics or Catia
• Good knowledge in CAD-CAM
• English mandatory
