Life Cycle Program Manager

Main tasks:​

Lead programs from the pre-series production until the phase-out of the product.

Introduction of new product variants according to customer requirements.

Lead Multi-cultural project teams and technical experts.

Product & Process Engineering Change Management.

Lead Customer meetings.

Creation of project schedules in compliance with customer milestones.

Projects Budget planning and controlling.

Lead product cost reduction workshops VA/VE.

Coordinate troubleshooting related to product, process issues and customer complaints.

Lead production capacity extension investments to align with customer forecast.

Support Production relocation activities (Internal & Suppliers)

Regular project reporting to management.

Evaluation of completed projects (Lessons Learned).

Participate in continuous improvement workshops

Required qualifications :

Mechanical, Electronic or Mechatronic Engineer with at least 3 years experience in leading industrial projects in a multicultural environment.

Experience in Automotive/ Mechatronic industry will be an asset.

Leadership and ability to lead international project teams.

Common Sense & problem solving skills (8D, QRQC)

Work under pressure, Conflict resolution and excellent Communication skills are required.

Customer relationship management skills.

Languages: Fluency in oral and written English & French are required.

Software Tools skills (e.g. SAP, Agile, MS Office….)
