Position Summary

Ensure PM availability at the right time and quantity while ensuring quality requested.

Your Role

  • Analyze PM and component requirements.
  • Send supply programs to supplier with references, quantities and the week of reception .
  • Detect and track anomalies (cutting, production, engineering) causing stock shortages.
  • Transfer fault cases to Key Users via ID Tool .
  • Perform weekly order clearance to avoid over-storage.
  • Check the entry of the goods into the store.
  • Track freight movement (Pickup & arrival).

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree minimum (Business, Business IT, Logistics or equivalent)
• Knowledge of specialized office software for procurement and logistics
• Analytical and problem solving skills 
• Good level of French and English
• Serious, rigorous and autonomous 
• Being able to adapt to change and react quickly
