## Description

**Position Summary**

Ensure PM availability at the right time and quantity while ensuring quality requested.

**Your Role**

  * Analyze PM and component requirements.
  * Send supply programs to supplier with references, quantities and the week of reception .
  * Detect and track anomalies (cutting, production, engineering) causing stock shortages.
  * Transfer fault cases to Key Users via ID Tool .
  * Perform weekly order clearance to avoid over-storage.
  * Check the entry of the goods into the store.
  * Track freight movement (Pickup & arrival).

**Your Background**

• Bachelor’s degree minimum (Business, Business IT, Logistics or equivalent)  
• Knowledge of specialized office software for procurement and logistics  
• Analytical and problem solving skills   
• Good level of French and English  
• Serious, rigorous and autonomous   
• Being able to adapt to change and react quickly
