HR House International is looking for one of his client, a multinational operating in the textile sector :
HR Manager (M/F) :
- Implement a recruitment policy, promote career management (mobility, assignments, training, etc.) and propose a compensation policy.
- Implementing current labor legislation and collective agreement laws and procedure
- Overseeing all administrative management.
- Ensure the development and sustainability of the company on a strategic and an operational levels
- Reporting on his/her activity and reporting his/her observations to the General Management
Profil :
Training : Diploma in management, Human resources, Psychology
Experience : 10 Years of experience
