AEC WIRING TECHNOLOGY is looking for : Time & Methods Engineer
Main responsablities:
- Requests Engineering human and material resources – CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) & NRE (Non-Recurring Expenses) needed for the project
- Is accountable of the definition of statement of work and of the management of subcontracting activities (manufacturing and design services)
- Is accountable for the definition of optimized industrial processes (visual aids, work instruction…)
- Follows up first article (FA)
- Assists production in fine tuning and problem solving
- Participates to QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) meetings
- Monitors FPY (First Pass Yield) of processes, maintains and manages cycle times and updates routings (MES, ERP)
- Performs process improvement (Kaisen, Lean)
