Position Summary
We are looking for a Quality Engineer that will ensure products compliance with customer requirements.
Your Role
- Develop and implement quality standards.
- Implement a work system to ensure compliance and accuracy in the production process.
- Provide technical support to all internal departments to maintain and improve product quality.
- Develop corrective actions, solutions and improvements.
- Participate in internal audits and follow up on recommended actions.
- Ensure the monitoring of the various VOP or VOC indicators and alert in the event of risk or drift by carrying out the entire multidisciplinary approach to restore the situation.
- Develop employee development plans in collaboration with Human Resources.
- Establish and communicate to customers the PPAP files.
Your Background
- Engineering diploma in mechatronics, electronics, or equivalent
- Experience of 2 years in automotive industry
- Knowledge of Quality Management System (IATF 16949)
- Sense of urgency and priority setting
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Fluent English
