## Description

CRIT is looking for an HR Advisor for an oil and Gas Company  

Duties:

Support HoD Field BP & Relations and managers within client population on staff consultation/communication issues in Industrial relation /Employee Relation context/ Support HoD Field BP & Relations in delivering annual Individual Performance Review, Survey implementation

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management or equivalent (minimum diplome de licence en gestion RH ou equivalent)/ Work experience in a similar position preferrably in multicultural organisation is required

Based in Sfax.
