## Description

CRIT is looking for a Training Coordinator for an oil and Gas Company  

Duties:

Responsable of communicating with managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals. Training Coordinator is responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting all training programs.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management or equivalent (minimum diplome de licence en gestion RH ou equivalent)/Work experience in a similar position is required.

Based in Tunis.
