Purchasing Manager

As part of our clothing manufacturing activities, our company ASADA GROUP is looking to recruit a Purchasing and Supply Manager :

Job’s Responsibilities:

·  Sourcing and development all trims, accessories for SMS, Collection, and Production needs 

·  Control nomenclature file with technical sheet of the customer and confirm the approved file with the PM 

·  Approve the PR after confirming the best prices with suppliers 

·  Confirm the delivery date of the fabrics and accessories with the suppliers according to the export date of the orders 

·  Make the calculations of the consumptions of all the production's needs   

·  Purchase the Trims, Fabrics and Accessories  

·  Work with the financial department to validate the purchasing invoices   

·  Work with logistic department to confirm and make sure for all shipment fabric and trims 

·  Following the stocks

Profil:

·  Bac + 3 at least in management and equivalent.

·  At least 5 years of experience in purchasing and sourcing in the field of textiles and clothing with operational English.

·  Be honest, negotiator, dynamic and responsive.
