Job Description Quality Assurance Analyst  : 

With many years of experience in international trade covering more than 30 countries worldwide, OZEOL is the leader in sourcing and facilitating transactions between suppliers and buyers around the world for the liquidation of stocks and finished products. Categories include: men's and women's clothing, housewares, hardware, sporting goods, tables, toys and many other items.

Main Job of a Quality Assurance Analyst: 

• Ensure the Quality System compliance with procedures, processes, Perform & analyze remote listening modes

•Examine the activities of the purchasing/prospecting department, the accuracy and proper application of the purchasing speech/process.

•Produce and formalize summary reports and propose action plans

•Evaluate and report Operational feedback

•Ensure Prospectors (Operation/ZAD) and Buyers interactions with the suppliers are aligned with business objectives

Profile Requirments : 

•Ability to speak and for speech in English (min C1 or Native).

•Ability to speak and for speech in French (min C1 or Native).

•Mastery of audit and control techniques

•Experience related to the purchasing procedure at ozeol.

•Analytical ability.
