Back-end developer

We are looking for highly motivated IT professional with 2+ years of experience in a Back-End Web Developerrole to join our team in Tunis to help with the maintenance of the Database and server infrastructure and contribute to the growth of the company. The successful candidate will join a dynamic competitive environment, working closely with all team members.

Job Accountabilities:

• Assemble large, complex data sets
• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
• Maintain and improve the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and AWS
• Work with stakeholders to assist with new data acquisition, maintenance of database, data-related technical issues and support business data infrastructure needs.
• Create data tools for analytics

Educational Background (or equivalent level): 

• Engineering degree (Computer Science, Software Development, Information Technology/Security or related discipline).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science Management IS or related discipline.

Required Experience: 

• Preferred 2 year+ as Back-End Web Developer

Qualifications for Back-End Web Developer

• Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases
• Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management
• A successful history of manipulating and processing large disconnected datasets
• Experience supporting and working in a very dynamic environment

Knowledge and Experience on

• UNIX/LINUX environment
• Python
• API data routines. Downloading data, Storing data, scheduling.
• relational SQL and NoSQL databases, including Postgres
• AWS cloud services
• Set up and Maintain Physical servers
