Main Job Description of Sales Supervisor:

• Manage a commercial team
• Lead, coach and animate a B2B Team
• Coordinate, guide and accompany your team daily towards qualitative and performance objectives
• Assist your team members to develop their skills on an individual basis
• Keep control of the team activity and update the information system
• Ensure the implementation of the prospecting procedures by the team members
• Manage the team portfolio
• Ensure the individual performance targets are reached

• Bachelor (in management, international trade or commerce)
• Perfect command of the English language
• At least 4 years of experience in team management
• Dynamism, curiosity and resourcefulness
• Ability to lead and persuade
• Analytical mind
• Communication and organizational skills
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office, EXCEL, KPI system)
• Managerial and organizational skills
