Support Applications

We are recruiting on behalf of our client a SUPPORT APPLICATIONS

Position Purpose :

• Manage the support of applications development and business solutions
• Manage support and liaise between business teams and external SAP functional and technical consultants to achieve changes and improvements in business processes

Key individual accountabilities:

• Managing development trainees especially for local and minor developments

• Manage application development projects not related to SAP whether internally or externally resourced including:

Analysis, design, and development

Manage the external resources (If any)

Enforce proper documentation

Testing and Sign off deliverables with the customer

Manage external support

• Principal Coordinator with the various local quality representatives

Requirements: Education and Experience:

University Degree

• At least 3 years analysis, design, and development experience

• SAP basis knowledge and proven experience (certification is an asset)
