**Tasks to perform:**

*Arrange customers remote support and technical guidance

*Do survey reports and market investigation

*Do VOC reports and analysis for systems raw data

* Support new products launch and fans group/ community activities and projects

**Requirements** :

*Better technical background Electronic/IT/android App support, basic testing, etc.…

*Good ability of handling excel, data analyst and reporting presentation and charts.

*Good communication skills in French and English

*Open and well organized.
