Drupal Team Leader

We are looking for inspired PHP/Drupal Developers that will be part of highly skilled teams who design, develop, deploy, customize and support technologies for large-scale.

Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, test and maintain web applications.

● Building new websites and online stores, and improving existing platforms.

● Develop and maintain code and application libraries, instructions, and technical documentation.

● Analyzing and optimizing the web application performance.

● Solving typical problems of Drupal update and upgrade processes and how to avoid them.

● Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and propose solutions.

● Prototyping and evaluating potential implementations.

● Architecting and developing new features.

● Engage with UX and visual designers to implement highly intuitive user experiences.

● Provide technical assessments, solution proposals and time estimates for development tasks.

● Work and communicate with a talented team in a highly agile environment.

● Best practices and writing clean code.

Requirements:

● Agile mind-set and methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban

● Excellent knowledge of OOP PHP, HTML5, JavaScript, MySQL, XML, GIT, LAMP, SASS, REST, JSON and Memcached.

● Strong understanding of Drupal 7/8 customisation including expertise in Drupal's API, Hooks, Drush, Drupal commands, Drush cex, Drush cim and Composer.

● Knowledge of Drupal 8 theming, Twig templates/HTML.

● You know how to keep a website secure.

● Ability to document processes and technical knowledge in clear, easily understood documentation.

● Interest in code review, code quality and performance.

● Strong desire to improve, open mind and thirst to learn and teach others.

● Knowledge of React is a big plus.
