Technical support specialist

Transsion holdings' branch in Tunisia is looking for a technical support specialist in the smartphone industry:

Main Responsibilities:

• Dealing with all smartphones problems either Software or Hardware.
• Check all device problems and fix the device in a short time with high quality according to company policy and procedure.
• Diagnostics and repairing any faults found, Make an analysis of all problems and send it to the quality team.
• Repair BGA and LEVEL 3 Work
• Training the staff for BGA repair , SW , IMEI Writing , QC Tools and any documents received from HQ and make sure all branches SW is updated.
• Download all SW and share it with branches.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, maintenance and repair, telecommunication or related field of studies
• 3- 4 years of relevant experience in a similar position or in mobile and smartphone fields
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Advanced knowledge on MS Office Programs and other softwares (IT drive)
• Strong communication and analytical skills with professional attitude
• Young (maximum 35 years of age) and highly motivated to integrate a young and dynamic team.

Work conditions:

• Workplace : El Mghira Industrial zone (indoors)
• Working hours : 48h/week
• Gross Salary : 2000 - 2500TND
• Language : English (chinese line manager)
