You will project a professional image of the society and provide a high quality, welcoming and efficiently integrated enquiry service for the full range of the society and the activities, product and services.
Furthermore, you will answer incoming calls to corporate customer care standards and all basic enquiries (according to definition provided) to satisfaction of customer, following the society standards and service strategies e.g. call greeting, call handling, and call closing.With an University Degree or similar, a first experience in a similar position is quite needed. The english fluency (B2) is a must, and a fluency in French is required.
