Project Manager M/F

Manpower Professional is recruiting for his partner, an IT multinational structure.

You develop project organizational structure and master plan in conjunction with the Leadership team, you are able to manage multiple projects planification & execution with strong reporting,  communication and follow up  skills of Project status, budget, and risks to key stakeholders and Management, including executive program checkpoints.

You can identify opportunities for process improvement within the business unit, develops, documents, and implements standards, guidelines, education, and direction for team.You coordinate meetings, send follow-ups and maintain effective communication with project's stakeholders. You Direct internal stakeholders to key points of contact for any items impacting SLA/KPIs; thus, ensuring the teams stay on target.

With a Bachelor/ Master’s Degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant field of studies. You have more than 5 years experience in project management roles or in like roles/businesses, you are fluent in English and French.You are proactive, self-starter who can work independently and in a team environment with a strong verbal and written communication skills.
