For our subsidiary **HUBER+SUHNER** Tunisia located in Sousse, we are looking for:

**Production Unit Manager**

**Summary of main purpose of this job:**

· Meet the given routing time of production orders,

· Meet the quality targets (ppm, returns, claims; scrap,…),

· Meet the On time delivery target

· Improve the process capabilities,

· Manage, motivate and develop the operators and team leaders

· Ensure that customer requirements are addressed

**Main tasks and duties:**

1- Recruit new employees

2- Lead, motivate and develop the Production employees and enable the Team leaders to perform in a high level

3- Set up clear flows and conduct rules in the production area

4- Take responsibility of KPI‘s: Safety, Quality, Environment, Efficiency, Costs, On time delivery for production orders.

5- Daily and monthly Reporting of KPI’s with detailed actions for deviations and potential improvements

6- Lead the continuous improvement process in the production area regarding quality, safety, environment, costs, efficiency, on

time deliveries, etc…

7- Ensure preventive maintenance and reparation of all production equipment according to the instruction given by H+S AG

8- Support new production transfers from other H+S Sites to H+S Tunisia

9- Improve processes without major changes of the process

10- Organize training and educations of employees (introduction program, refresh training,…). Regular update of skill matrix

11-Ensure the strict respect of the safety rules

12- Optimize the use of consumables (documented follow-up of target/achieved)

13- Increase quality awareness mindset and develop quality problems solving abilities of his team

14-Ensure the maintenance of the facility and the installations

15-Give daily clear feedback about PO’s status to logistics department

**Essential requirements of skills, experience:**

1) University level: education in electronics/industrial/ electrical/mechanical/engineering

2) Professional experience – minimum 6 years

3) Good written and spoken English

4) Good experience in Lean production and management of continuous improvement

5) Result and customer oriented

6) Stress resistance

7) Very good organizational skills, proactive.

8) Very good communication skills and inter-department respectful cooperation

9) Good Analytical skills.

10) Good experience in quality problems solving ( familiar with quality tools such as PDCA, 8D, 5 Whys, 6M,…) and quality

Standards ( ISO 9001:, ISO/TS 16949 ).

11) Computer Knowledge (MS Office, MS Project, SAP)

12) Strong leadership skills

13) Highly Committed person

14) Very good coaching skills, able to build routines and strong teams

15) Able to focus and work on details as well as on team and continuous improvement leading

16) Flexible person

17) High level of discipline (deliver what is committed, ensure respect of processes and routines, flows
