Sales / Account Manager

We are based in Lac I Tunis and currently looking for telemarketers in Astrology, Human Relations and Parapsychology to ensure customer acquisition through Messenger as well as clairvoyance consultations (written + phone)

Mission: Acquisition of new customers.

REQUIREMENTS

- English proficiency

- Demonstrated strong written communications skills with the clients.

-Strong chat exchange and typing skills.

- Ability to maintain a conversation and perfect understanding of the customers’ demands and expectations.

- Have a sense of active listening and empathy

- Open-mindedness and original thinking

- Experience in the same or a similar operation will be an asset

Our company offers you:

9am to 6pm - Monday to Friday (1 hour lunch break and two 15 minutes breaks) 40h/week

SALARY : 1000 DT net base salary + 100 DT attendance bonus + 5% of the value of every successful sale.

For example, a beginner would earn between 700 and 1400 DT in bonuses, an expert would earn up to 2000 DT depending on their engagementYour main task is the acquisition of new customers as well as the follow-up of the conversations and consultations generated upstream by our teams.
