KT&G Tunisia (Korean Tobacco & Ginseng) is looking for an Administrative Assistant (F)


Qualifications:

 

• Fluent English / French (Mandatory)

• A Master's degree in business administration, international trade, accounting, or related field is required.

• One (1) or more years of related experience required. 

• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

• Demonstrated analytic, problem-solving, and writing skills in English and French.

• Must have the ability to read and track budgets.

• Must have strong communication skills, 

• Must have excellent interpersonal skills.

• Regular & predictable attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes in French and English
  • Translate all administrative documents (French-English-Arabic)
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos and official letters
  • Handle government related issues: tax office, bank, accounting firm, ect.
  • In charge of work permits and resident permits of all foreign employees
  • In charge of housing contracts, car rental, office rental, accountant and Marketing agency (issue, extension and/or termination) 
  • Collect data related to all expenses for the Employer’s office operation (invoices, payment receipts and with-holding tax certificates)
  • Prepare monthly budget request and the expenditure every end of the month.

Work schedule:

The employee is mandated to work for 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
