Description de l'annonce
We are looking for a Vigilance Associate to support the Vigilance and cosmetovigilance team with administrative tasks as stated below.
- Management of vigilance files
- Tracking and use of various tools such as (clients, authorities or internal)
- Good organisation of business unit
- Management of vigilance data
- To manage the mailboxes
- Recording of files
- Drafting and sending follow up letters
- Management of client references
- Receipt and allocation of queries from partners/transmission of cases to partners according to requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a medical or related field
No previous experience is required, all training will be provided
- Fluent in French and English for daily contacts
