We are hiring on behalf of a multinational specialized in electrical and optical connectivity systems, based in Sousse,

Position :Operations Manager

Location :Sousse-Tunisia

Salary : Very Competitive

Overall responsibility

·  P&L responsibility for the production plant in Tunisia

·  Leading and further developing of the site with +500 employees which are divided in 3 Production Units, Engineering, Supply Chain, PQM and Support Functions

·  Drive the continuous improvement process

·  Active contribution to develop the Global Operations Network with its global Programs

·  Management of the Strategy Process including its implementation

·  Reporting to the Head of Operations FO FCI based in the Headquarter

Current strategic/operational challenges

·  Develop the site to become a key-site and Center of Competence for FO technology

·  Turns the performance from Follower to Driver

·  Develop a strong and stable management team and continuously identify and promote talents

·  Reduce the fluctuation of key personel

·  Improve the internal processes to excellence level

Experience

·  Leadership personality with several years (> 8 years) of leadership experience in production environment with strong knowledge of production process

·  Preferably experience in overall responsibility of production site

·  Hands-on experience in Lean-methodology

·  University Degree in technical science, additional business administration education  (MBA or similar) advantageous

·  Excellent leadership competence, collaborative leading style based on trust, respect, accountability, transparency, care and result orientation

·  Managing and inspiring his management team to become a “Highperformance-Team”

·  The ideal candidate is used to work with an European company and in a global environment.
