Job description :

candidate will be responsible for managing the execution of projects  mainly the overmold project and manage project managers within assigned projects. The candidate will work within the constraints of budget, schedule, and scope while managing risk. The candidate will also be responsible for NPI machines and equipment and tools definition, process development, overmold tool validation, and training operation team as well as  providing work instructions.  

Roles and Responsibilities Include :

·  Liaises directly with RRT lab leader, manufacturing; suppliers, other intenal ressources  to support business growth.

·  Demonstrating advanced knowledge of project and program management principals

·  Familiar with risk assessment process

·  Process development

·  Routings creation.

·  Provides technical expertise

·  Using project management tools.

·  Synthesizing critical information and communicating business implications to Project team and sponsors.

·  Developing NPI  overmolding processes

·  Validating NPI  overmolding tools

·  Document  NPI process.

·  Manage the NPI team.

Requirements:

Skills, Experience and Knowledge :

·  Engineering degree and a minimum of 5 years experience in NPI injection molding projects.

·  The ability to lead a team toward operational  objectives.

·  The ability to perform statistical analysis Cpk, PpK, DOE, SPC

·  Must have the experience of process validation R&R, Cmk, MSA,

·  Experience and understanding of overmolding tools and assembly process.

·  Experience in using Solidworks, Catia, pro engineer.

·  Time served craft apprenticeship in a similar discipline, or relevant experience

·  The ability to work well under pressure.

·  Effective communication skills.

·  Fluent speaking and writing English.
