MSH INTERNATIONAL is a leading worldwide provider of Healthcare insurance solutions, a subsidiary of SIACI SAINT HONORE group with 5 regional head offices in Calgary, Paris, Dubai, Shanghai and Tunis and currently looking for:
Precertification Administrator - Doctor
Responsibilities:
1- To Review pre-authorization and referral requests for medical appropriateness by using established clinical protocols to determine the medical necessity of the request.
2- To Handle medical queries received from both insured members and client companies..
3- To advise the team on complicated pre-authorization cases falling outside the bounds of normal authorization protocol and guidelines.
4- To organize medical training sessions for operation administrators.
5- To foster an ongoing relationship with the world wide medical team; seeks input, opinion or advise from theses resources as appropriate.
Requirements:
1- Degree of Doctor in Medicine
2- One-two years experience minimum in an ansurance company or TPA is preferred.
3- Proficiency in both French and English is mandatory.
4- Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, and Internet use.
5- Prioritizing, time management and analytical skills, ability to actively listen, client service oriented.
