Back Office Team leader

Binit Nearshore Services (BinitNS) is a Consulting and Services corporation operating in the ITO and BPO areas. We advise and help our clients wishing to set an extension of their own European teams with teams in Tunisia.

One of our clients is an online billing and payment services provider based in the Netherlands. The company offers services such as e-wallets, a great range of back-office activities with a large number of international payment methods and a completely digitized invoicing system. 

We are looking to hire for this client a team of back office agents (1 team leader and 6 agents).

As a Team Leader,

Your Mission consists on:

• Setting up and managing a team of back office agents
  
• Ensuring the quality of the deliverables and the respect of the deadlines
  
• Collaborating with the customer service team and the compliance team in the Netheralnds.
  

Your qualifications:

• Master in management, Finance or marketing with more than 3 years of experience
  
• Significant prior experience of team line in back office tasks 
  
• Rigour and high set of quality standards are your assets
  
• Excellent visual, written and verbal communication skills in english
