As a health and beauty company, we offer cosmetic products for skin care and hair care that are organic and natural. 

We are looking for a telemarketer able to inform our clients about the products we offer (new features, special offers, usage guidelines, products formula) 

Your tasks: 

• Guide clients according to their choice and need 
• Confirm the orders 
• Provide clients with the delivery and payment terms 
• Manage the call and the data recording (name, address, shipment date) while being attentive to the customer's requests. 
• Follow up products shipment. 

Your Profile: 

• You have a positive attitude 
• You have a good pace, pitch and tone and the ability to be spontaneous. 
• You know how to keep going in the face of rejection. 
• You have the ability to develop a persuasive argument. 
• You are able to multitask (pay attention to the client while entering the data in the computer). 
• You are fluent in Arabic (a basic knowledge of English is required). 
• Must have a laptop.
