As the Technical Account Manager in an early stage startup you will have responsibilities spanning across different areas which is an opportunity to broaden your skills and boost your growth. Your responsibilities will include Service Management, Innovation Management, Client Management, and Project Management with a strong focus on technology and software engineering. You will be the main responsible for the Innovation Service line of ProsperUs that involves a portfolio of highly impactful projects with various  government entities, telecommunication companies and financial institutions and others.

 

Within this role you will be in charge of maintaining and growing current ProsperUs partnerships as well as identifying new opportunities to integrate our technologies in various industries. 

 

 

The Technical Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining relationships with current clients, addressing their technical needs as well as finding opportunities for expanding the client database.

 

 

You will work with customers at all stages of the customer journey - from the inception of ideas to go-live as they deploy and adopt our solutions. 

 

 

As the main point of contact, you will demonstrate ProsperUs value to our customers by identifying business objectives or pain points and aligning ProsperUs capabilities and resources with your customer’s goals and objectives. Working closely with the ProsperUs team, you will own customer advocacy to ensure the retention and growth of our customers.

 

This is also an execution focused role for someone  skilled in all aspects of project management including initiating, planning, executing, closing, controlling, driving implementation, managing priorities, projects, and stakeholders to deliver software solutions on time and on budget with excellent quality. 

Key to your success will be grit, the ability to navigate the complexities of a large organization, and a relentless drive to see solutions scale across the enterprise. You will be looked to as a trusted partner and problem solver, determinedly helping all stakeholders overcome obstacles and guiding solutions forward. 

Ultimately one unique measure of your long term success will be the number of partners onboarded on our ecosystems with a substantial number of transactions processed on the ProsperUs Platform.

Responsibilities: 

  • Identify Bids and project opportunities where the ProsperUs platform could be used.

  • Collaborate with ProsperUs and its partner organisations in the development of project proposals. 

  • Develop and maintain extraordinary relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention while helping to grow incremental revenue.

  • Identify and understand the needs and goals of potential future clients, and use that to introduce the company's products and services.

  • Own critical project management functions including determining planning and project scope; developing resource, risk, quality, cost, and scope management plans, reporting, process improvement, and execution in partnership with initiative leaders to scale high value, technology-enabled solutions and services from MVP through deployment at scale.

  • Ownership over Executive reporting, project communications, issue tracking, facilitating project meetings, managing deliverables and ensuring resolution of escalated issues.

  • Provide regular two-way communication between customer and team to provide strong team representation and set proper customer expectations

  • Managing timelines, presenting and communicating progress to executive teams.

  • Prioritize and execute multiple major projects/programs with broad scope and strategic business impact with minimal oversight.

Required Skills: 

  • Having a “radar” for identifying new opportunities of integrating, deploying our technology as well as building new solutions using our platform

  • A listener who is customer-oriented and attentive to their needs

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to quickly establish technical credibility with customers

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

  • Track record of successfully managing high value IT projects in complex organisations in industries such as telecommunications, financial services, government. 

  • Experience in unconventional and growing organizations preferably involving innovation and complex software offerings. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English

  • Proficiency in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk management is required.

  • Multilingual capabilities and knowledge of project management methodologies, such as SAFe Agile, SCRUM, PRINCE2 and PMP is a plus.

  • Understanding of software technologies 

  • Interpersonal skills and ability to build sound and trust based relationships with customers. 

  • Emotional intelligence and ability to find win-win setups between ProsperUs, its partners and customer organisation and facilitate contracts negotiation with key partners and customers. 

  • Masterful cross-functional communication to ensure all technical and non-technical stakeholders can collaborate effectively and stay engaged throughout the lifecycle of a project

Qualifications:

Experience in building and growing client relationships at senior level as well as driving IT programs execution, project management or customer success programs.

Any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

High IT and technology literacy.

Demonstrated results with progressively increasing responsibilities and proven ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and work with a geographically distributed team.
