Software Test Manager

Smartware Industrial Solutions and Servicesis a software company with a development center Tunisia offering tailored enterprise solutions and services focusing primarily on the international market. As part of our growth activitiesweare looking  for an experiencedSoftware Test Manager to ensure the quality and performanceofsoftware products delivered to our international customers.In collaboration with the product and development team, you will be planning and executing manual and automated test cases to increase the quality of our products.

POSITION : Software Test Manager

DURATION: Permanent

 LOCATION: Moknine, Monastir

JOB TYPE: Full-time

Core responsibilities

• Define test strategy and processes to ensure high requirements coverage and traceability 

• Create detailed test scripts to validate software functionality and adherence to business requirements 

• Plan and conduct software tests in both manual and automated test environments

• Document bugsand coordinate fixes with the product and development team

• Lead initiatives such as establishing quality metrics and improvements including testing best practices and methodologies

• Develop our QA team by being actively involved in hiring, onboarding process and continuous training programs planning

Requirements 

• University studies in Computer Science or similar

• 2+ years of experience in software testing and quality management or in a related area required

• Experience with automated testing (preferably with cypress)

• Acting autonomously and on own initiative

• Willingness to go the extra mile and passion for detail

• Very good written and oral English communication. German is aplus
