ClubAnglais, located in La Marsa, both an English speaking preschool and an after school club for kids, is recruiting a full time **OFFICE MANAGER.**

Job description includes but is not limited to:

  * Reporting directly to the director and assistant director.
  * Work along with our director of operations and accountant.
  * Supervise/pay external and internal workers for any building maintenance.
  * Order/negotiate/receive deliveries and pay vendors.
  * Greet, listen, communicate, solve problems with parents.
  * Responsible for enrollment in all our programs. 
  * Receive payments.
  * Keep social media up to date and put together advertisement for boosting.
  * Use email to receive or provide informations to others (staff, parents, vendors).
  * Translate documents (English to French and French to English)
  * Printing/ scanning/ making copies.
  * Help assist preschool when needed.
  * Manage monthly budgets.
  * Prepare Bank reports etc
