Responsibilities:
• Administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of a single-core IVANTI installation in a medium enterprise setting
• Development, implementation, and troubleshooting of the following desktop management disciplines: Imaging, provisioning, software packaging and deployment, security patching, inventory, agent deployment, remote control, and reporting
• Work with a team of Systems Administrators from various disciplines to develop technical and administrative processes to implement effective desktop management on a wide scale
•Coach and train users and system administrators in various aspects of IVANTI operations
•2nd and 3rd level Support in these areas
•1st level Support for German speaking locations
•Documentation of our processes and systems in this area
Minimum Qualifications
•Degree in Information Technology or a related field
•Microsoft Certification preferred
•2-4 years work experience with Windows Server Administration
•work experience with a software deployment system (preferred system: IVANTI)
•Working knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange
•Deep Windows 7 & 10 system knowledge
•Knowledge of Windows security components and permissions
•Experience in software packaging is wished
