Job Requirement 
  • Freshly graduated with Bachelor degree on IT or Networks
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge including hardware, software and networks and security
  • Fluent in English and French, German is a plus!
  • Ability to work on call as needs arise
  • Experience with firewall administration and network security
  • Knowledge of research techniques and information security policies
  • Good reporting skills
  • Accurate attention to detail and thorough organization skills
  • Ability to work independently and resolve issues
  • Familiarity with hubs, routers and switches, servers, and 3rd party security providers
  • Friendly communication skills
  • Willing to work on weekends occasionally

Job description:

  • Works closely with our customers with the following products:
System health check
Advanced Endpoint Protection
Patch Management

  • Download, analyze and install Windows patches on our client’s servers (PS: other product patches may be required in the future exp: JAVA, Apache …)
  • Create or manage Microsoft Excel sheet (formulas/VBA)
  • Communicate with 3rd party security providers
  • Generate weekly security reports
  • Firewall administration on servers
  • Participate in calls and meetings with different teams and customers
  • Assist in troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing customers servers if needed
  • constantly monitoring for attacks and intrusions
