**Responsibilities**

  * PPAP package summarizing 
  * New product feasibility analysis 
  * New product introduction 
  * Project cost analysis 
  * Continuous improvement for production efficiency and yield 
  * Understand customer product drawing and convert to internal detailed drawings 

**Qualifications**

  * Fluent in English 
  * 1-3 years of experience in production engineering department of automotive wire harnesses related industry 
  * Great problem-solving skills to handle urgent issues of production

  * Familiar with Microsoft Office software, AutoCAD and Solidworks 
  * Familiar with automotive wire harness manufacturing technique 
  * Familiar with automotive quality standards (VDA6.3 and IATF 16949) 
  * Open-minded, honest, eager to learn and good communications skills
