Location: Ben Arous (El Mghira Industrial Zone)

On-board time: 14 June 2021

**Responsibilities**

  * Production quality control and defective parts management according to IATF 16949
  * Monitor the performance of quality inspector
  * Continuous improvement for scrap rate reduction
  * Supplier management and customer complaint solving
  * Perform regular internal audit and receive external audits

**Qualifications**

  * Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading & writing)
  * 1-3 years of experience in quality engineering department of automotive wire harnesses related industry
  * Great problem-solving skills to handle urgent issues of production
  * Familiar with Microsoft Office software
  * Familiar with IATF 16949 standards
  * Familiar with quality process and measurement equipment (micrometer, projector, cross-section analyzer)
  * Has experiences of external audit
  * Open-minded, honest, eager to learn and good communications skills
