Occupation: Finance & Accounting Specialist

Location: Ben Arous (El Mghira Industrial Zone)

On-board time: 30 June 2021

**Responsibilities:**

  * Assist HR on works related to salaries, bonuses, deductions (payroll taxes, garnishments, social security, benefits) of all employees.
  * Manage and track all incoming payments from customers.
  * Setup payments for suppliers and log into ERP system to ensure proper internal control
  * Communicate with company bank account manager and clarify doubts if nessasary
  * Assist Director with cash flow entries.
  * Assist Director with Budgeting and Forecasting

**Qualifications**

  * Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading & writing)
  * 1-3 years of experience in Finance & accounting
  * Familiar with Microsoft Office software
  * Familiar with Tunisian accounting laws & regulations
  * Open-minded, honest, eager to learn and good communications skills
  * Attention to details
  * Experience in manufacturing sector is preferred
