RIADVICE A Tunisian company headed by one of the longest contributing developers to BigBlueButton. The company offers hosting for BigBlueButton, customization of the product and support in English, French and Arabic.
Covid-19 re-shaped RIADVICE business model and we now offering hosting for BigBlueButton to around 30 customers around the world distributed in 15 countries with daily peaks of 12k concurrent users.

As a Customer Care , you will handle customer service inquiries regarding products, services and technical issues in a professional and efficient manner. The selected candidate will follow established guidelines to support our commitment to providing world-class service
Your Role Will Include
- Answering all customer inquiries through various channels (ticketing system, chat, email and any additional channels as developed) in a courteous and professional manner
- Performing accurate diagnosis of inquiries and provide appropriate solutions/responses based on defined procedures
- Preparing communication e-mails templates.
- Using appropriate systems and available resources as necessary to assist in responding to each request
- Supporting and providing information to all internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Participating in cross-functional communications and meetings to support the team/domain/centre.
- Writing technical documentation for the platform.
- Performing additional responsibilities as required
In Return You Will Bring
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred
- Strong command of the French and English
- Previous experience in a multi-channel customer service environment preferred
- The ability to provide excellent customer service
- Experience with graphic design and/or photo imaging design software a plus
