_The Head of Network has an essential role in developing the _retail Banking  _business in branches. He must reconcile the difficulties between branches, customer needs and the constraints of Headquarters structures._

_**He is responsible of :**_

_\- The  _Commercial liveliness of branches and Direct Sales Agents in order to develop business related to the markets of Individuals, Professionals and SMEs.__

__\- The d _evelopment of commercial activities with a perfect mastery of risk.___

___\- The i _mprovement of the  ____service____ quality  in branches.____

____\- The   team Management____

** _Job Requirements :_**

_\- Deep knowledge of Retail Banking._

_\- At least 8 years of _ _ experience in a managerial role in Retail Banking._

**_Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:_**

_\- Master degree in Economics, Finance or Management._

_\- Excellent skills in : Management, Organization, communication, customer focus, dynamism, creativity, rigor, analytical mind._

_\- Good knowledge of the economic environment, the banking sector, control procedures, organizational skills, emerging Technologies and Digital Banking,  _

_\- Capabilities of decision, arbitration, and negotiation._

_\- Good verbal and written skills (Arabic, French and English)._
