Within the framework of the growth of our activity, we seek to reinforce our teams with Experts in IT for a big project between Tunisia and Libya:

Project Manager 

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in computer technology or similar field or professional certifications relevant to the position. 

- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT, software management, application programming and management of data. 

- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the development processes.

Solution Architect 

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in computer technology or similar field or professional certifications relevant to the position. 

- At least 5 years’ experience in the areas of Infrastructure and Software Architecture design, solution-level decisions and analysis Case, Content, Document, Record, e-form and Workflow Management technologies and their applications preferably in the areas of legal, judicial, or policing systems

Senior Software Developer 

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in computer technology or similar field or professional certifications relevant to the position.  

- At least 5 years in the programming of various areas of the full Enterprise Stack

GIS Developer 

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in computer technology or similar field or professional certifications relevant to the position. 

- At least 3 years in developing Geographic Information Systems (GIS)

10 Junior Software Developers 

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in computer technology or similar field or professional certifications relevant to the position. 

- At least 3 years’ experience in programming languages and ability to cover all layers and components of the Enterprise Stack as chosen by the Offeror and demonstrated in the technical proposal. 

Software Tester Engineer 

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in computer technology or similar field or professional certifications relevant to the position. 

- At least 5 years in the development and testing of various layers of the Enterprise Stack

Database Specialist/ Application Server/ Email Server/ LDAP Administrators 

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer technology or similar field 

- At least 3 years in administrating the following: Enterprise, DBMS server, Application Server, Email Server, LDAP server.

 - One or more persons can conduct the above-mentioned roles

Information Systems Security Specialist 

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer technology or similar field or professional certifications relevant to the position. 

- At least 3 years of experience in the area of Infrastructure and Information Systems Security.

Training Specialist 

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer technology or similar field or professional certifications relevant to the position. 

- At least 3 years in the areas of Developing technical documentation, manuals and training materials, Designing Training Programs, Tracks and Courses, Managing and Facilitating Training sessions, Developing and Managing programs of Transfer of Technology applying the “Shadow Team” style.
