Team Leader JIT

An Industrial Automotive company based in the North West of Tunisia is seeking to hire a Team Leader JIT with 8 years of experience or more in a similar position in automotive industry.

Missions:

Attached directly to the plant Logistics department manager and you will be in charge of:

-  Manage the on-time delivery of electrical harnesses

-  Ensure communication between our plant and the customer regarding the delivery problems of KSK specific wiring harnesses

-  Ensure the export and delivery of specific electrical harnesses on time according to our customer needs and requirements

-  Develop the production plan and launch orders for the production

-  Order processing with the SAP system, determine their priority and quantities

-  Daily monitor of the production chain

-  Ensure the satisfaction of our customer need

-  Control the inputs and outputs of semi-finished modules in the warehouse and their movements

-  Develop weekly stock analysis

-  Establish Follow-up and Control Files and react if necessary.

-  Develop the long-term production plan and its forecast

-  Coordinate transport in collaboration between production and export service

-  Ensure and coordinate the export, creation of delivery invoices necessary for the export of electrical harnesses

-  Observe the LAB as well as the client's perspectives and collaborate with team for the module processing

-  Ensure constant contact with the customer, waiting for urgent deliveries and renegotiating priorities in close collaboration with the         PAC officer and production team leaders

-  Analyze the rate of stock coverage and material needs for optimal supply chains

-  Ensure the human management of its service

Profile Required:

-  Diploma: Minimum Engineer or Master’s degree

-  Minimum 8 years of automotive wiring experience

-  Good Mastery of the Computer Tool (Excel, PowerPoint and MRP-System)

-  Good English language

-  Perfect knowledge of manufacturing processes

-  Have excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
